There may be VERY small blemishes, bubbles, dimples, tiny rough spots, etc. Glitter gets EVERYWHERE! It's a part of me! There may be a teeny tiny random speck of glitter on your cup that migrated from myself or another project. I strive for perfection, but I am human and that is impossible. What I can guarantee is a cup that is as close to perfect as I can get. I do not let anything leave my craft room that I am not proud of! I ask that you find beauty in the different variations and imperfections of your cup.

I DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there is a problem with your item please contact me and we can work on a solution.

Handle your tumbler with care and follow the instructions on the care card. Resin is durable but not indestructible. I am not responsible for cups that are dropped, placed in the freezer, microwave, left in a hot car, left to soak in water, put in a dishwasher, or any other situations that may compromise the integrity of the cup. Even roughly placing the cup down on a hard surface, especially with liquids making it heavier, can cause irreparable damage. So please HANDLE WITH CARE!

Damages: If an item is damaged in the shipping process please take pictures of the box and the cup and send them to me within 24 hours of the delivery. I will then contact USPS.
