Shipping policy

RTS- Ready to ship items (products without customization) will ship within 2 business days.

RTS orders with customization added will ship in 1-2 weeks depending on the customization requested. 

Custom Orders take around 2-4 weeks depending on the order. 

Please Note: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are shipped to the wrong address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order.
Damages: If an item is damaged in the shipping process please take pictures of the box and the cup and send them to me within 24 hours of the delivery. I will then contact USPS.
